how do extract a polygon of osm boundary relation using osmosis

I have imported the india.orm.pbf file into osmosis. It took many attempts to realize it needs excessively huge diskspace and tmp space. After all these retries, Im no longer sure if the import is clean.

Is there a way to do osm integrity check on imported pd database?
