One of the first results I get when searching on the Internet for "OpenStreetMap Neo4J" is https://github.com/neo4j-contrib/spatial - can you describe what results you got when you followed their "sweden.osm" example?

I have seen all these sites. But I didn't implement them. Someone assign a task to me to do this. But I was little bit confused that this work has been implemented before then why someone assigned me. I posted this question for the confirmation of that the task which I am going to perform is not new.

In my opinion the link I posted, and which you say you have seen, proves without doubt that the task you are going to perform is not new.
