How to implement OpenStreetMap for iOS with our own servers ?

I'm observing a way to implement OpenStreetMap for iOS with our own servers. we have following servers.

/osm_tiles - tile server
/nominate - nominatim server
/route - route server

What is the best Open Source Library for iOS and is there any step by step guide to implement OpenStreetMaps with own servers. Hope your help with this. Thank You.
