Overpass API enrichment

As suggested, I installed OSM3S server on one of my machines and its works well.

I need to add some private data at the results of the queries I'm sending from my app, like positioning of some elements we have in the system.

Is there a way to update the OSM3S custom DB? Maybe Like adding more POIs, So the regular queries will return it as usual object in the result?

Also if its possible, how to handle updates from planet.openstreetmap.org?
