Where are translatable strings of wiki interface?

I found the "Available languages" in this template, but where is this one: alt text

Currently it has an incorrect translation in Persian.

Huh. I've contributed to the OSM wiki quite a bit, so I expected this would be easy to answer – but turns out I can't find it either. I hope someone can enlighten us!

Finally, I found it!

It's in Missing languages template.

Found it through Languages template.
