Battlefield icon and name visibility

0

Hello

Some month ago I have added to the map a battlefield node, with an historical site icon. The feature is visible in the editors (iD & Potlatch 2) but not on the map. Its number is 4888949744.

It actually exists on the map, because if I click on its location with the request tool, I get the information on this node.

What lacks to make it visible ?

Thanks ! Is there a list of what is visible in OSM standard map ?

In answer to the comment, the best place to start is probably here for a changelog, then select "symbols", "lines" or "areas".

There are many different maps that display information from OSM, and they display different sorts of information depending on what sort of users they are designing the map for.

OSM's standard map doesn't (yet) show battlefields. If you'd like to suggest that it does you can create an "issue" over at github where the development of this map style takes place.

Other map styles do, here's one (but there's no tiles for France there), and I'm sure that there are others.

you can view items with "historic"-tags on e.g. gk.historic.place, the battlefield that you added can be found here
