I need to download the India Map in my PND device for Car Navigation, how shall i install it??

You're going to have to give us a few clues first, I'm afraid. I'm assuming that "PND" means "Portable Navigation Device" or "Personal Navigation Device" (neither is in common use in the UK, but we know what you mean).

Secondly, you'll need to tell us what sort of device you want map data for - make and model number. You can also try searching the wiki and reading this summary page: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Software/PNA
