How do we tag such symbols on the road. lanes=2 turn:lanes=?

360 image mapillary, drag to see the road symbols. situation 1

The lanes are separated by a kerb. People want to draw two lanes, because you can not changes lanes.

situation 2

You need to choose the right lane in front.

I did see this page https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:turn#Turning_indications_per_lane and the JOSM turn lanes plugin. Like to see the symbols in the JOSM plugin.

For me straight over (roundabout) is not through. Through is following the roundabout lane and the turn in to the direction.
