vrs:ref, was bedeutet dieses Attribut?

Was bedeutet das Attribut vrs:ref bei Bushaltestellen in Bonn (und sicher im ganzen Bereich des VRS)? Eingetragen sind 5-stellige Nummern (in Bonn mit 6 beginnend entsprechend den VRS-Liniennummern); an den Aushangfahrplänen stehen aber 6-stellige Nummern als Haltestellennummer, beginnend mit 15. Sind die 5-stelligen Nummern veraltet?
