When I look at Beržynėlis park in Šiauliai from far, I can see this (mostly my changes).

https://prnt.sc/iicdf1

But when I zoom in, I get this weird time travel back a week's time:

https://prnt.sc/iicd65

Question: Why and how to fix it? (Tried removing cache and pressing F5)

See the answer on this question. There seems to be a problem with one of the OSMF rendering databases that is causing delays in rendering.

And for the issue with different appearance on different zoom levels see https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/8794/footpaths-not-showing-in-certain-zoom-levels
