Just a note: Many Maps.me users seem to map any housing area/gated community with tourism=apartment. Here is an example in Kuala Lumpur.

An explanation may be in the way tourism=apartment is translated in Maps.me. Please check https://github.com/mapsme/omim/wiki/categories.txt

I have personally fixed similar issues by correcting the danish translations.
