[closed] Added a city marker and it is not visible in View mode.

I added a city marker for Thorold (in Ontario) and the other changes I made with that commit are visible but there is no city label showing up in View mode. Am I missing something with the marker? I checked nearby city markers which are visible and they don't seem to have any additional information.
