Given a location with longitudes and lattitudes, how can I get the nodeID for that location?

Hello, I am new here

I need to get nodeID for a given longitude and latitude of a location, How can I do that? Further.. If I have two NodeIDs is there a way to get the distance and duration between the NodeIDs?

I'm running a local instance of OSRM
