What is the next step, abandoned the dam, rebuild or restore the dam ? What kind of material is used to build the dam ? And mention height and width if you are able to determine. What is the dam used for, white_water, drinking water - reservoir ?

Map it as you would any other dam, but using a lifecycle prefix to indicate its status?
