Basically, everything is in the title. There's an alcohol shop (drink:beer=yes), but it also has a place to drink beverages inside it. I don't see any detailing tags for the shop itself. Belarus. Usually it's just "shop=alcohol". I think shop owners should care about the law in this case :) We just want to map a shop.
