I looked under buildings, but there's nothing there for civic or government buildings and I'm don't how to add a tag or even if that's proper procedure. Help this noob please! I've read that amenity=library should be the tag, just can't see or find a way to add that. |

NEVER MIND, figured it out. just create a new tag by hitting the plus sign in the tag section, start typing the word 'amenity and the tag will show up. Then go over to the next column and start typing the word 'library' and it'll |
