Partly disused refinery ?

How to tag a partly dismantled refinery which was or is connected / part of an area of storage tanks. The only remains of the refinery are the basements of the installations and pipeline systems here, https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=14/27.1607/56.0521 Or should I tag it as dismantled / disused completely ?

One Answer:

As part of the refinery is still in use, I would keep it like that, but add disused:* to the dismantled elements, or maybe abandoned:*. That depends on the state of the elements. The wiki says:

 disused:

    not currently available for use, but could be reinstated easily
    usage: ~37,000 in taginfo as of 08/2016

abandoned:

    still visible but fallen into serious disrepair and which could only be put back into operation with considerable effort
