They divided the trailer court by a couple of fences. There is a fence splitting E Arizona at 42.908558, -112.491478 I can't delete the road and re-add it, or cut the road where the fence is. They no longer allow through traffic.

I would add "no exit" nodes and a fence across the road. Like this:alt text

At present it looks like there are two road segments that are not connected with you as the last editor. So the routing should be correct (no through traffic).

From the ERSI satellite imagery there does appear to be something there which could be the fence you write of. However it is not very clear so an arm chair mapper may come along and erroneously join the two ways. You may want to consider connecting them yourself the joining node at the point where the fence blocks the road. Then tag the node with

barrier=fence
access=no
