Hi all, when i download a map, it have three kind of shapefiles: points, lines and areas. But, for example, points have different fields: amenity (which is divided into schools, shops, parks, and so on), tourism, etc. I would like to know if is possible to donwload the data separately: directly optain schools points, shops points, and so on. Thanks and best regards.

Could you explain what you're downloading from where?

i downloaded the data directly from openstreetmap, this is the city: https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=12/-9.1041/-78.5468 I obtained an .osm file, then i converted it in Global Mappper to .shp

I'd suggest using Overpass Turbo here There's a "wizard" button at the top of the screen that can help with you with queries.
