I guess simply amenity=traffic_park, it has marginal usage: https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/amenity=traffic_park There's also leisure=traffic_park used, but I don't think it's really about leisure - rather education practice. answered 01 Jan '18, 10:11  kocio |
