Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

Just created a first version of new map search site - http://www.whatiswhere.com. Could someone help - who should I contact to add this site to the list of OSM resources?

Thanks, Andrei.

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/List_of_OSM-based_services is a wiki page that you can edit. Is that what you meant?
