We can add colors to the lines of public transport like different subway lines in order to differentiate one from the other line, and not see everything the same?

So what changes when I use color= ? It is impossible to distinguish services and lines on a viwer mode.

How can I make a proposal for lines to have different colors and be shown on transportation layer like the same as google maps?

First, it's better to edit your original question, or post a new question, rather than extend your question by posting in the answer section.

That said, the map looks many different ways, depending on what rendering is being used. The default rendering you see on the homepage is not the only one.

I do not know any renderings that change the subway lines dependent on the color tag, but by adding this tag to subway lines it allows someone the possibility of rendering subway lines with the colours defined. For anything to be shown in any rendering the data needs to be tagged, and someone has to be interested in putting the work into designing the rendering to take the tag into account.

You can add a colour tag to the route relation as described on this page: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:route%3Dsubway however this will not have an effect on the "openstreetmap carto" rendering which doesn't display subway colours.

There are different transport maps - öpnvkarte.de, openptmap.org, or the transport map on www.openstreetmap.org, all made by different people with different design goals. The transport map on www.openstreetmap.org is made by Andy Allan; there's a link to his site in the botton right corner of the screen when you activate the transport map.
