How to contact authors of Bicycle tags on OSM website?

http://mijndev.openstreetmap.nl/~ligfietser/fiets/index.html is a great website that describes bicycle infrastructure. I would like to suggest that amenity=bicycle_repair_station be added to the list of tags displayed. How do I contact the owners of this site?
