Is it possible to display the OSM Humanitarian Layer in ArcGIS Pro, as a basemap?

Hi,

is it possible to display the OSM Humanitarian Layer in ArcGIS Pro, as a basemap?

When I choose the OSM basemap in ArcGIS Pro, there is no possibility to change the layer. But maybe there is another way?
