1st: read the use policies

2nd: you have numerous options available to achieve what you want, from using a commercial provider https://switch2osm.org/providers/ to running your own service. As you haven't indicated which API you are using (we don't have a HTML API) it is not clear what you should be pointed to (but for example installing Photon is a very light weight way to geocode).
