Tiles usage stats

Is there a tool out there which shows a map, preferably mapnik or opencyclemap, and highlights areas according to the times those tiles were downloaded by people looking at the map? I'm just curious and I'd like to have a clear view of the most frequently viewed areas of a country. I've been searching on the wiki but I ended up with nothing. Thanks
