Maybe I am doing something wrong but loading/reloading the map in Humanitarian level always brings the standard map view.

Noticed this as well. Before it showed nothing at all and on Tasking Managers those used the Humanitarian map layer you couldn't get any background map at all. At least now it shows the Standard layer.

There is a server outage so the standard tiles are being shown. I don't know anything more about it than https://twitter.com/BlakeGirardot/status/925029753454776321
