How can I render and export a map?

I am not a programmer and everything related to this is new for me. However I am interesting in rendering a map and then export as PDF or SVG for Adobe Illustrator. It would possible? I can I do it? I have been reading and it´s like if I need a specific software to do this. Is there any way to do it online?
