What’s the best tag for a golf cart path?

In Disney World there are golf cart paths at golf courses (of course) and also for employees to get around. Is there an accepted way to tag these?

According to the wiki the accepted way to tag paths for golf carts is highway=track. Paths which are not usable by golf carts should be tagged highway=footway.
