Hello, Do you know if it is possible to use US County GIS as source for OSM in general? Because I'd like to map missing addresses in Morrow County, OH and it would be helpful if I could use this GIS. |

There is no general answer to that question. You will need to a) find out the terms of use and licence for the GIS site, and b) determine if it is compatible with our licence and contributor terms (and document all of this). If you plan on not just using the data as reference you will further need to follow the import guidelines. In general involving anybody else mappign in your area would be a good idea in any case. |
