Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

Can I have favorites in Open Street Maps webpage? Something like Google Maps has. I need to have collection of places I'm planning to visit. I have logged in to https://www.openstreetmap.org and found nothing regarding favorites.

openstreetmap.org itself is primarily designed for contributors to the project and is not intended as a gmaps replacement. You can however use umap.openstreetmap.fr or any other umap instance to create a private "map".

Yes - every time you browse to a location in OSM the URL changes. Just add wherever you are as a browser bookmark, and if you want share browser bookmarks between devices by using a browser that allows you to sign in to it and carry your bookmarks with you
