I'm following the steps on this page:

"https://github.com/mapsme/omim/blob/master/docs/MAPS.md" and:

When I run this line "omim/tools/unix/generate_mwm.sh source.pbf any_random_string_asdf" I don't have an Error, then run qt and maps.me application appears but when I click on the route nothing happens.

What do I have to do? Should I execute something before?

You may try reporting issue at https://github.com/mapsme/omim/issues

Note that at least in my experience MAPS.ME is not really an open source project. They (accidentally or deliberately) publish code in form that is extremely hard to use and compile, they ignore reported issue (they have a decoy bug tracker on github while they really use their private one).

As far as I know, there is not a larger developer community outside of the core employees of the manufacturer. Or put differently it is unlikely that somebody that helps on this site has built maps.me from source.

I would suggest asking on the OSM dev irc channel #osm-dev see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/IRC I suspect your chances of getting an answer will be better there.
