If we put any kind identification on OSM layer by editing it to navigate structure using maps.me. Does it possible if yes then how long maps.me will take to replicate modified data of OSM layer. Please let me know hence exploring to use maps.me to navigate OSM structure by placing any identification number under OSM layer structure.

Maps.me only updates their maps with app upgrades. Only they know when and how often they do the update.

Please contact maps.me (e.g. support@maps.me) or any other contact method specified on http://maps.me/en/home with maps.me update queries. Only they know the answer.

The the first part of answer given by escada used to be correct, but MAPS.ME does now update at other times too. The second part ("Only they know when and how often they do the update.") is of course exactly right - my subjective guess is that they update once a month or so.
