How can I identify map objects that are sourced from Mapillary or OpenStreetCam? Can I list these somehow or show them on a map?

I finally used taginfo and searched by source tag value: https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/source#values.

As SimonPoole indicated, not everybody adds this to the sources. Some people (like me), only mention the sources in the changeset comments, so you won't find those with via taginfo. Another possibility is that people used the mapillary tag on an object.

Outside of inspecting the changeset source tag that may or may not contain a hint (typically I will add mapillary to sources, but obviously many don't), there is no other way I know of.
