Is graveyard for Node:942692517 correct? Seems to be corner of Way: 502420213 grave_yard Ashton-on-Ribble in England St Andrew's Church (found this as trying amenity=graveyard rather than amenity=grave_yard)

In this particular case mapper ACS1986 moved and then tagged the node incorrectly. Same time/changeset they tagged the grave yard outline correctly. It's likely the node tagging typo was corrected for the way but inadvertently left on the node. Remedy is to either contact mapper ACS1986 and explain the situation or much easier just remove the tags with an appropriate/inoffensive comment.

graveyard is clearly a typo and only turns up three times in the database, see https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/search?q=graveyard#values
