Using own tile serving server

Greetings,

I do have a tile server running CentOS 6.9. On separate server I am running a Nominatim serer which can successfully connect to OpenStreetmap.org and search/display tiles when connected to the Internet. My goal is to use my one tile server instead as this pair will be off-line system most of the time. What parameters should I change in the *.js files?
