Review turn restriction: no U-turn on divided highway at a left turn

Hi,

I've added a turn restriction, but I'm not sure I entered it correctly.

On the ground, there is a time-based "No U turns" sign for northbound traffic. The sign is located here.

Two questions:

The order of the relation's members is "from, to, via". Should it be "from, via, to"?
My editors complain that the relation's members are not connected to each other. Did I enter the relation correctly? Was I supposed to split the member ways so they start/end at the nodes they share?

The order of the elements in the relation is irrelevant because each member has a role. You should split the ways at the intersection so only the parts of the road leading to/away from the junction are part of the relation.
