Add new node

Good morning. How can I insert a new node into my osm file? Because I tryed to write nodes into file and QGis didnt see them.

What format is your osm file in? If it's in .osm format, you can use a text editor (but you'll be limited to working with small .osm files).

Yes, it is osm file. I tried to add new node using text editor, but qgis didnt see this node.
