I bought carret tanning lotion from this site. When i purchased it it bought that map up an said check back anytime to check were my purchase was

Perhaps you bought something from another site that displaved an OpenStreetMap map, and then clicked a link on it? If so, that other site is nothing to do with OpenStreetMap; it is just using OpenStreetMap data.
