JOSM - two instances (OS X)

Hello, in the latest JOSM on OS X I get multiple instances. E.g. I've got gpx files set up to launch in JOSM. However, rather than opening the running instance, JOSM starts up a 2nd time.

Any thoughts what could be wrong?
