I am new to OSM, so it may be possible my question is invalid. Please guide me in appropriate direction.

I am trying to render OSM data to OSG viewer. Till now I didn't found any material for that. Please let me know if there is any way to do it?

Other option i can think of is to export SVG file from OSM render is to OSG. But I didn't know to get SVG of interested area pragmatically. Is there any api available for it?

After some googling I'm fairly sure that you would be better off asking the question in the OSG forums http://forum.openscenegraph.org (and then posting the answer here).
