OSM with OpenSceneGraph (OSG)

I am new to OSM, so it may be possible my question is invalid. Please guide me in appropriate direction.

I am trying to render OSM data to OSG viewer. Till now I didn't found any material for that. Please let me know if there is any way to do it?

Other option i can think of is to export SVG file from OSM render is to OSG. But I didn't know to get SVG of interested area pragmatically. Is there any api available for it?
