We have some areas that are very wet and are covered with water reeds. What is the correct tag for such an area?

Hi Amanning, consider using this as well, https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:wetland%3Dreedbed I use it frequently since we got some wetlands too and in time they tend to become reedbeds.

natural=wetland – see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:natural%3Dwetland . You may want to use a subclassification tag which are described there.
