Does OSM have an official (or recommended) dump of its data in "Linked Data" format (RDF)?

Any chance of a link to explain what you mean by linked data format? I've never heard of it, and I suspect I may not be the only one.

@SomeoneElse https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linked_data and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resource_Description_Framework#Serialization_formats There seems to be some efforts such as https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Semantic_Network and http://linkedgeodata.org/About but I'd like to know if there is any "official" and maintained effort by the OSM community itself.
