Does OSM have an official (or recommended) dump of its data in "Linked Data" format (RDF)?

Any chance of a link to explain what you mean by linked data format? I've never heard of it, and I suspect I may not be the only one.

@SomeoneElse and There seems to be some efforts such as and but I'd like to know if there is any "official" and maintained effort by the OSM community itself.
