I'm new and hope I'm asking the right question. I want to be able to add streets to OSM maps via a browser edit tool and then obtain the updated maps with these viewable edits no later than 24 hrs from the time they were originally added and then upload or refresh maps located in my server. I could be looking at hundreds of changes weekly to start and growing from there. Any advice about how I might accomplish this would be very helpful. Thanks ahead of time.

Assuming you're looking for a "traditional" slippy map, there are a number of "setting up your tile server" examples, such as this one at switch2osm.org.

You'll also want to update your tileserver as people edit OSM, which you can do by following the instructions here.
