I have created a new road. When is it going to be visible for all users? It is a dirt truck but it leads to my vacation rental so its very important to be to exist on the map |

Very soon...probably in a matter of minutes on the openstreetmap.org page. Refresh you browser with Start+r or Control+F5, depending on operating system. If you paste the url from the browser at openstreetmap.org showing the track area, we can check the tags. It's worth mentioning that while this answer is normally correct, there is a current short-term problem that is preventing some data from appearing on the "standard" map immediately: https://github.com/openstreetmap/operations/issues/143 . Other maps are unaffected.
