The feature, named "Hindernis" ( e.g. barrier, etc.) is written in a wrong way.

Hindernis"s"! It must be written with one "s" at the end, e.g. "Hindernis".

Who can correct it?

Which application are you using or on which website are you viewing this? An example or web site url would be helpful too.

Tag Info only lists 2 Hinderniss and they are likely correct.
As you predominantly edit using iD, do you refer to the iD display when entering features in your language...if so, there is a 'help translate' button in the bottom right corner. https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#translating

Hi Bratananio, you’re a mapper with several edits. Hindernis with one s, looks or seems to be Dutch. Use Id to change the key name into name:nl or if it’s a value please change the Capital into under cast or change it based on local knowledge into an appropriate tag.
