Uploading slow

It seems, that uploading needs much more time as in the past, or it has stopped totally.

Is there a provider's problem at the moment?

If you mean "things that I've mapped take longer than normal to appear on rendered tiles" then a number of people have mentioned that.

If you mean something else, would it be possible to explain in more detail?
