Hi, I am running a tile server with mapnik 2.2 (build from source) with openstreetmap-carto 2.x and everything works fine. On an independent server I am trying to run 3.0.12 (build from source, just changing the version number requested to above) mapnik with osm-carto 3.1.0 but that one is not cooperating. Any ideas? Do I potentially have an overlap of libraries, or an inconsistency of version numbers?

when starting renderd, I get the

Mapnik LOG: Segmentation fault

and dmesg gives me

renderd[8213]: segfault at 40 ip 00007fb1e10bb8d3 sp 00007fb1c9d5e1f0 error 4 in libmapnik.so.3.0.12[7fb1e0ce0000+86d000]

I am wondering if that has to do with any of the other mapnik libraries. Do they also have to fit the 3.0.12 mapnik version?

A quick list of what packages are installed that have mapnik in their name, or are suggested as core

I was wondering if this could be the problem, but can't find any similar files from 2.2. anywhere else (was thinking if there are duplicates, I might be using some wrong mapnik version)

renderd[277]: config mapnik: plugins_dir=/usr/lib/mapnik/2.2/input
renderd[277]: Renderd is using mapnik version 3.0.12

this is the build report for mapnik and is shows using HarfBuzz 1.4.2. So that should be fine (?)

The one thing I also changed is the project.mml the connection to my remote psql, but I do not think that that is the issue
