No Tracking or Download of New Garmin Format Map Data

I have requested an updated map/tiles yesterday(twice) and two times today. The first email arrives as expected but the tracking link reports:-

This request could not be found in the queue. Most likely the map is already generated and you received another email containing the url where the map can be downloaded, or you should receive that email shortly.

On all occasions NO second email ever arrives.

Therefore I cannot download an updated map selection.

Hi, where did you request that? Which website? Just by chance: are you talking about http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/ ? Please login and edit your question text to provide a clarification.
