I am building a Drupal site using Openlayers. Since a few days I am getting "API Key Required" on the OpenCycleMap I use as background. This did not happen in the first months I was working on this, only the last few days on various zoom levels. Do I need a key? how to implement it? alt text

Hello, I'm still unclear how you can insert the API key on your OSM And of your phone.. I have registered on Thunderforest and obtained the API Key, but not sure how and where to insert that.

I tried on QGIS as you suggest, but all i can do is inserting the Cycle Map on QGIS (using the code+key I obtained on Thunderforest), but I dont seem to be able to save/export the layer into my phone..

any (quick) advice would be greatly appreciated! :) cheers, simo

Thunderforest has a documentation for obtaining an API key for OpenCycleMap. You need a Thunderforest account first.
